Sarah Mespelt Larranaga entered aviation first at Gulfstream Aerospace as she completed her Interior Design degree. After Gulfstream, she worked for Jet Aviation on Bombardier products. In 2010, Sarah moved on to represent private aviation clients for their interior/exterior design and project oversight for refurbishments and green completions. Sarah, by trade, is an aviation designer and structures engineer paired with 16 years of project management. Sarah oversees the completion of her 100 and 101 aircraft while going to school for her A & P License. The execution and attention to design, quality, and innovation empower Sarah to give clients the most value for their aircraft. We will evaluate, or our team will design clarifications the completion center provides, including custom design materials and/or avionics specifications for downtime.
Aircraft evaluation and direction from completion center on configuration and schedule.
Review the aircraft interior for current condition and any needed repairs for the new interior scope. The aircraft records are after the aircraft is selected for completion refinement.
Review each element of the provided design for best quality control and schedule feasibility.

Audit the aircraft interior build and paint quality while the aircraft is in the completion and paint process to identify areas of concern that must be addressed.
We will supply rendering aids and material selections for the interior shops to help ensure absolute design and quality control during the build process.
Before furniture installation, the project manager will inspect the veneer finish for possible conditions that should be corrected before furniture installation. The veneering of cabinets is inspected from the beginning of the veneer to the completion of the finishing process before installation.
Conduct a seat review for each individual seat and divan from the foam building process to the covering process to ensure quality and design elements are on target to meet design expectations.
Inspect all materials for quality as they are applied to ensure schedule accuracy.
Review the carpet layout and cutting before installation.
Inspect weekly progress of all interior avionics work, exterior paintwork, and interior finishing to ensure on-time delivery and perfected quality.

Provide aircraft completion schedule and weekly updates on the schedule process.
Provide a final aircraft exterior/interior inspection for quality and compliance completion of interior and exterior design and work scope.
Daily inspections will include but are not limited to:
Veneer build and veneer finish inspections and approvals.
Stitching and seat detail inspections
Seat and Divan quality control
Carpet Review and Approval
Dado inspection
Sidewall inspection
Lighting and PSU inspection
Monitor avionics installation followed by avionics functionality inspection.
Assist in aircraft customer acceptance flight and test of the aircraft cabin management system and meet all the documented requirements.
